Klarity Cone
Wharfedale’s special blend of polypropylene and mica forms the Klarity cone mid-bass drivers for the Diamond 12i series. This material is lightweight and well-damped, allowing it to deliver an uncoloured midrange and dynamic bass. Efficiency is aided through the use of a low-damped surround while the ribbed formations on the cone ensure a linear frequency response.
Soft Woven Textile Dome Tweeter
Detailed, natural high frequencies come courtesy of Wharfedale’s woven polyester dome tweeter design. Wide dispersion means a wide sweet spot so that everyone can enjoy the smooth, extended highs of this affordable hi-fi speaker series.

The Wharfedale Diamond 12.3i will sound great right out of the box, but will sound even better after 100 hours of use.
Experiment with placement in relation to the back wall. Placing the speaker closer to this wall will emphasise the bass but could also lead to a congested mid-range. Find the position that strikes the right balance for you and your room. A distance of 12-18” will probably be ideal.
