A three-way speaker handcrafted in Italy to deliver sound that is not only detailed and powerful, but conveys the emotion of every recording. Built using natural materials including real wood, solid aluminum, and even cork, this midsize floorstanding speaker is sculpted to perfection and features:

  • 6.5” Camelia paper cone midrange w/ copper cap

  • 6.5” paper cone woofer (x2)

How can you get the most out of the Sonus faber Olympica III G3?

  • Start by experimenting with placement. For best results, we recommend positioning this speaker such that there is at least 12-24” between the back of the speaker and the wall behind it.

  • A speaker is the final link in the chain of components that makes up a stereo system, and it can only perform as good as the amplifier that powers it (just as that amplifier can be only as good as the source that feeds it). We are more than happy to consult with you to ensure that these speakers will pair well with your system.

  • Remember that, while these speakers will sound great from the moment you start playing them, they will sound even better after they’ve been played for awhile and the drivers are broken in. We think this model will begin to sound its best after 100-150 hours of use.
