Technology

The timing of digital data is integral to the performance of any digital-to-analog converter. In the DA-07X, Luxman uses two ultra-low noise modules. Their high-precision and low jitter reduce unwanted noise to ensure the digital-to-analog circuits have the purest signal with which to do their work.

Too often people forget about the analog in a digital-to-analog converter. We listen in analog, after all, and the quality of the analog output section has a massive effect on the sound of a D/A converter. Fortunately Luxman has over 100 years of experience in analog circuit design and so you know this delicate signal will be treated with the utmost care. Here you’ll find non-angled PCB traces, silent relays, and internal shielding from digital circuits to ensure a pristine analog signal is delivered to your amplifier or pre-amplifier.

Creative Audio Pro Tips

  • The Luxman DA-07X will sound great right out of the box, but will sound even better after 100 hours of use.

  • We always recommend quality interconnect cables to your amplifier.
