Design
Precision. That is the first word that comes to mind when you see and feel the Luxman C-10X for the first time. A dedicated preamplifier (combined with a power amplifier, and this combo in place of an all-in-one integrated amplifier) is chosen by music lovers for the layers of fine musical detail it can reveal. You’ll get a hint of the detail to come as you notice the details in the construction of the C-10X:

Technology
Inside a preamplifier are low-level analog signals that contain the finest nuances - the heart and soul - of your music. Preserving them on the path to the power amplifier is the primary goal of the preamplifier, and Luxman has turned to some of their best technologies to deliver on this promise:

Function
An analog-only preamplifier, the Luxman C-10X includes the following inputs:
3 RCA line level
3 XLR (balanced) line level
Connect it to a power amplifier with either of its single-ended (RCA) or balanced (XLR) outputs.
Creative Audio Pro Tips
The Luxman C-10X will sound great right out of the box, but will sound even better after 200 hours of use.
Always keep the top of the preamplifier clear to allow for adequate ventilation (we recommend a minimum of 2-3 inches). Do not place the unit in a closed cabinet.
We always recommend quality interconnect cables both from your source(s) as well as to your power amplifier.
