JEFF KOWERCHUK: PRESIDENT

Jeff is 29 years old and can still remember saving his hard-earned pennies to buy his first Creative Audio product - an NAD 304 integrated amplifier - when he was in high school. That was the beginning of the end. Eight years later, with not a penny left to his name, he begged - even pleaded - for a job at Creative Audio. They had taken all his money and he wanted it back! In late 2007, he proudly took Dan Scrapneck's position as majority owner and is now the President of the company.

Despite the added responsibilities, you will still see Jeff on the sales floor, as that is where he enjoys himself the most. Working with people, sharing in their passion for music and movies, is what Jeff loves about his job. In fact, its why he thinks he has the best job in the world!

JEFF FRIESEN: OWNER/CUSTOM MANAGER

It should be pointed out, to avoid any confusion, that Jeff Friesen is considered Jeff #2 at Creative Audio. Now, Friesen will tell you he is the 'new and improved'...while Jeff Kowerchuk would like to point out that 'they don't make them like the used to'. Stop by the store sometime and you're bound to hear this debate played out on a daily basis...

Jeff Friesen is Creative Audio's Custom Manager. From initial consultation to system design to the actual installation, Friesen oversees the entire custom installation process. His background in both audio and installation disciplines makes him uniquely suited to his job. If you happen to catch him in the store he is just as adept at designing a high-end audio system as he is running wires throughout your home.

GARTH SACKRISON: OWNER/SERVICE MANAGER

There is debate about which came first: Creative Audio or Garth Sackrison. Garth has been with the store for almost all of its 30 years. He has DJ and broadcast background but has always been a music lover at heart. That must be why he has a collection of over 3,000 vinyl records of some of the best blues and classic rock ever carved into the groove.

Garth is in charge of all aspects of service. Creative Audio prides itself on being a self-servicing business, and Garth will ensure the experience is as smooth as possible. Of course, you will also find him on the sales floor. He has encyclopedic knowledge when it comes to all things audio. Garth has been a familiar face at Creative Audio for 30 years and is looking forward to the next 30...(!!)
