High Performance Amplification
The discrete eleven-channel high-current monolithic amplifier section delivers a substantially improved sonic experience when compared to Denon’s less expensive AVR models. With Dolby Atmos you will enjoy a 3D audio experience with or without dedicated height speakers. DTS:X delivers immersive, multi-dimensional audio and DTS Neural:X upmixing brings added realism for legacy content. The AVR-X4800H also includes IMAX Enhanced and Auro-3D processing for the ultimate in immersive sound.
Hi-res Streaming Music
With HEOS hi-res multiroom streaming you can access music from your favourite online streaming services. Add Denon Home speakers to other rooms and play the same song in every room or select a different song for each room. Control is easy using the HEOS app. Supports hi-res ALAC, FLAC, and WAV files up to 24/192. Also supports DSD 2.8MHz and 5.6MHz.

Denon AV receivers deliver pristine 8K images with support for passthrough as well as upscaling of 4K content. HDCP 2.3 support ensures maximum compatibility with today’s UltraHD sources. Supports HDR, Dynamic HDR, and HDR10+ for optimal reproduction of shadows and highlights.
